Customers of Gator State Storage may opt in to receive text messages in two ways:
1. Online: During online rental or reservation at statestoragepalmbay.com, customers provide their mobile number and agree to SMS communications.
2. In person / signed agreement: Customers initial an SMS consent clause on their signed rental agreement at the facility, agreeing to receive text messages at the number provided.
By opting in, customers agree to receive recurring transactional and promotional messages, including payment reminders, account and unit updates, gate access codes, move-in confirmations, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of rental or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
